Delivery FAQ: Zones, Timing & How It Works

We deliver throughout Brooklyn and Staten Island. Our Brooklyn store services all Brooklyn neighborhoods and our Staten Island store covers the entire borough. Enter your address on our Brooklyn menu or Staten Island menu to confirm you are within the delivery zone.

Minimum order requirements may vary by location and are displayed on our Dutchie-powered menu when you enter your delivery address. We keep minimums as low as possible so delivery stays accessible for everyone.

Delivery fees vary based on distance and order size. The exact fee is clearly displayed at checkout on our Dutchie menu before you finalize your order, so there are never any surprises. Check our delivery page for current details.

Most deliveries arrive within 30 to 90 minutes of placing your order. Actual timing depends on your location, current order volume, and time of day. Peak hours (evenings and weekends) may run toward the longer end. You will receive real-time status updates as your order is prepared and dispatched.

Ordering is easy through our Dutchie-powered online menu. Visit Shop Brooklyn or Shop Staten Island, enter your delivery address, browse the menu, add items to your cart, and check out. You will receive a confirmation and status updates by text or email.

We accept Cash, Debit Card, and DutchiePay for all delivery orders. You can pay online at checkout using DutchiePay (which links directly to your bank account) or debit, or have cash ready for the driver upon arrival. Credit cards are not accepted.

Yes. New York State law requires ID verification at the point of delivery. Your driver will ask to see a valid, non-expired government-issued photo ID confirming you are 21 or older before handing over your order. This is a non-negotiable legal requirement.

Yes. After placing your order through Dutchie, you will receive status updates via text or email as your order progresses from confirmed, to being prepared, to out for delivery, to delivered. You will know exactly when to expect your driver.

The driver will attempt to contact you by phone. If you cannot be reached within a reasonable time, the order will be returned to the store. Under New York law, cannabis cannot be left unattended — an adult aged 21 or older must be physically present with valid ID to accept the delivery.

Yes, as long as the person accepting the delivery is 21 years or older and presents a valid government-issued photo ID. They must be present at the delivery address you specified when placing the order.
