If you live near Tappen Park or along the Stapleton waterfront, Green Wednesday is close to home. It falls on Wednesday, November 25, the eve of Thanksgiving, and Green Wednesday is what the cannabis world calls the day. The deals themselves will be posted in November. QCD's Victory Blvd store, at number 1172, sits uphill from Tompkinsville, and Stapleton falls within the delivery area, which means getting your order is mostly a question of whether you want it brought to you, picked up, or chosen in person.
Stapleton to Victory Blvd by Train, Bus, or Car
Stapleton has its own Staten Island Railway station, and Tompkinsville, one stop north, is the station closest to the foot of Victory Boulevard. From there, Victory Boulevard buses such as the S62 climb the hill past the store. By car, head north on Bay Street and turn up Victory. Because Stapleton is in the delivery area, ordering from home is the simplest choice on a busy holiday week, and order-ahead pickup works well if you are already out running errands. On Wednesdays the store runs 9am to 10pm. Remember that prices on the Staten Island menu are listed before tax; tax is added when you check out. The delivery page explains how ordering works.

Green Wednesday 2026 Deals Are Coming
We haven’t announced our Green Wednesday deals yet. They go live on this page closer to November 25. Both stores run deals every day, so you can start saving now.
Tappen Park, Bay Street, and the Old Homeport
Stapleton grew up as a waterfront village, and Tappen Park, with the old Edgewater Village Hall at its center, still marks its historic core. Bay Street is the main commercial strip, and the food along it and nearby reflects the North Shore's mix: Caribbean, Latin American, West African and Sri Lankan kitchens, with Sri Lankan cooking especially rooted around Tompkinsville just north. The former Navy Homeport on the water has been redeveloped with apartments and a waterfront esplanade, bringing newer neighbors alongside families who have been here for generations. The Staten Island Railway runs along the shoreline, so St. George and the ferry are only a couple of stops away for anyone heading into Manhattan for the holiday.
Stocking Up Early in Stapleton
Ordering a few days ahead keeps Wednesday free for cooking. Build your cart on the Staten Island menu, pick delivery or pickup, and let that be one less errand. When the guest list includes people who do not use cannabis, or barely do, set it apart from the meal and offer only mild, low-dose options to adults who ask. The usual advice holds: start low, give an edible time before having more, and never add cannabis to shared food. A sealed product can be a welcome gift for a 21+ friend who already enjoys it. Holiday pricing is announced in November; meanwhile current Staten Island deals show what is marked down today. Lock up anything you bring home.
About Stapleton
Stapleton lies on the eastern shore of Staten Island between Tompkinsville and Clifton, facing the Upper Bay. It was laid out in the 1830s by William J. Staples and Minthorne Tompkins and became a busy village of breweries, shipyards and shops. Its historic heart surrounds Tappen Park, and Bay Street and the Staten Island Railway tie it to St. George to the north. Today it is one of the most diverse neighborhoods in the borough.
Responsible Use: Cannabis affects everyone differently. Start with a low dose and increase gradually. Must be 21+ to purchase. Quality Control Dispensary products are NYS-licensed and lab-tested.
