Our Brooklyn store is not a trip for Brighton Beach. It sits at 3169 Coney Island Ave, at the edge where Brighton Beach meets Sheepshead Bay, so for most people here it is a walk past the shops under the B and Q tracks. Green Wednesday falls on November 25 this year, the night before Thanksgiving. QCD announces its Green Wednesday deals in November, and until then the store runs daily specials you can check any morning. This page covers the practical side: getting there, what the week looks like on Brighton Beach Avenue, and how to plan around a full house.
Walking Over From Brighton Beach Avenue
Most of Brighton Beach can reach the store on foot. Coney Island Avenue runs north from Brighton Beach Avenue, and the store is right there near Neptune Avenue. Coming from farther east or west, the B and Q stop at Brighton Beach station, and the Q also stops at Ocean Parkway. The B1 and B68 buses cover the area too. Street parking on the side blocks is tight in the evening, so walking usually wins. On Wednesday the doors are open 8am to 11pm. You can shop in the store, place an order ahead and pick it up at the counter, or get delivery, since Brighton Beach is inside our Brooklyn delivery area. Check the delivery page for your exact address. Brooklyn prices include tax, so the shelf number is what you pay. Have your ID ready; everyone buying must be 21 or older.

Green Wednesday 2026 Deals Are Coming
We haven’t announced our Green Wednesday deals yet. They go live on this page closer to November 25. Both stores run deals every day, so you can start saving now.
Thanksgiving Week Under the El
Brighton Beach has been home to a large Russian and Ukrainian speaking community for decades, along with families from Central Asia and the Caucasus, and the avenue shows it: Cyrillic signs, smoked fish counters, bakeries with pirozhki and honey cake. Thanksgiving here often lands on a table that mixes a turkey with zakuski, herring, salads dressed in mayonnaise, and whatever a grandmother insists on making. The Riegelmann Boardwalk is quiet in late November, good for a cold walk before dinner, and Ocean Parkway runs its tree lined way north from the beachfront. Plenty of households have three generations under one roof, which shapes how people plan the holiday more than any sale does.
Planning for a Multigenerational Table
When the guest list runs from grandparents to cousins in from out of town, the safest plan is discretion and small amounts. Keep anything you buy sealed, labeled, and stored out of reach of kids, and only share with adults 21 and over who actually want it. If a guest is new to edibles, a low dose and a long wait before taking more makes for a much better evening. Pre-rolls and low dose gummies are easy host gifts for friends who already partake. Since the store is so close, there is no need to stock up in a panic; browse the Brooklyn menu early, compare against today's deals, and order ahead so pickup on the 25th is quick.
About Brighton Beach
Brighton Beach runs along the Atlantic between Coney Island and Manhattan Beach, with Brighton Beach Avenue as its spine under the B and Q tracks. Waves of immigrants from the former Soviet Union settled here starting in the 1970s, earning it the nickname Little Odessa, and the restaurants, groceries, and boardwalk cafes still reflect that. Apartment buildings close to the water give way to smaller houses on the numbered Brighton streets inland. See more on our Brighton Beach page.
Responsible Use: Cannabis affects everyone differently. Start with a low dose and increase gradually. Must be 21+ to purchase. Quality Control Dispensary products are NYS-licensed and lab-tested.
