Bulls Head sits where Victory Boulevard crosses Richmond Avenue, and that intersection is the reason getting to QCD from here is so simple. The store is east along the same boulevard, at 1172 Victory Blvd #4. On Wednesday, November 25, the night before Thanksgiving, dispensaries celebrate Green Wednesday; QCD will announce its own deals for the day in November. Bulls Head is in the Staten Island delivery area too, so you can choose between delivery, an order-ahead pickup, and a regular visit to the store.
One Road East: Victory Blvd from Richmond Avenue
From the Richmond Avenue intersection, head east on Victory Boulevard and stay on it; the store is on the boulevard itself, so there is no tricky turn to make. Without a car, the S62 runs along Victory Boulevard and passes through Bulls Head on its route toward St. George, stopping along the store's stretch. If you would rather stay home with the cooking, Bulls Head is inside QCD's delivery area, so delivery is available, and order-ahead pickup is a good middle ground. Wednesday store hours are 9am to 10pm. On the Staten Island menu, tax is not baked into prices; it gets added at checkout. Store details live on the Staten Island visit page.

Green Wednesday 2026 Deals Are Coming
We haven’t announced our Green Wednesday deals yet. They go live on this page closer to November 25. Both stores run deals every day, so you can start saving now.
Willowbrook Park, CSI, and the Richmond Avenue Strip
Bulls Head takes its name from an old tavern that stood near Richmond Avenue and Victory Boulevard, and the crossroads is still the neighborhood's center of gravity. Richmond Avenue is a long commercial strip of shopping centers, restaurants and services, running south toward the Staten Island Mall in New Springville. Willowbrook Park, with its woods, lake and well-known carousel, borders the neighborhood, and the College of Staten Island's large campus sits along Victory Boulevard nearby. Residential streets are mostly detached and semi-detached houses with driveways, the classic mid-island landscape. In the week before Thanksgiving, the supermarkets and bakeries along Richmond Avenue are where much of the holiday shopping happens.
Getting Ahead of the Pre-Holiday Rush on Richmond Ave
Richmond Avenue traffic can be at its heaviest in the days before Thanksgiving, so handle cannabis early. Pull up the Staten Island menu, build an order, and pick delivery or an order-ahead pickup on your way home along Victory. For a gathering of adults with mixed experience, a mild gummy or one pre-roll passed around suits the table better than anything strong, and the start-slow, wait-and-see approach applies to everyone at the table. Keep products sealed, away from the food and the kids, and make sure nobody drives after using cannabis. Until QCD announces Green Wednesday deals in November, keep an eye on today's Staten Island deals for current markdowns.
About Bulls Head
Bulls Head is a central Staten Island neighborhood around the meeting of Victory Boulevard and Richmond Avenue, just south of the Staten Island Expressway. Named after a colonial-era tavern, it grew from farmland into a largely residential area after the Verrazzano-Narrows Bridge opened in 1964. It borders Willowbrook, Travis and New Springville, and its streets are mostly family homes, with shopping concentrated along Richmond Avenue and Victory Boulevard.
Responsible Use: Cannabis affects everyone differently. Start with a low dose and increase gradually. Must be 21+ to purchase. Quality Control Dispensary products are NYS-licensed and lab-tested.
