Crown Heights stretches along Eastern Parkway, from the Brooklyn Museum end toward Utica Avenue, and Quality Control Dispensary's Brooklyn store is south of it, on Coney Island Avenue in Brighton Beach. This year Green Wednesday falls on November 25, the eve of Thanksgiving and one of the busiest days on the dispensary calendar. QCD will announce its Green Wednesday deals in November. For adults 21 and up in Crown Heights, ordering ahead for pickup or stopping in the store are the reliable options, and this page explains how to make that trip work.
Pickup Is the Plan From Eastern Parkway
None of the Crown Heights ZIPs (11213, 11225 and 11238) are on QCD's published Brooklyn delivery list, so don't count on a driver coming to you. The delivery page is the place to confirm coverage for a specific address. The surest route is to order ahead for pickup on the Brooklyn menu, then collect it at the counter. On transit, the Franklin Avenue Shuttle runs from Franklin Avenue down to Prospect Park, where you can catch the Q south to Brighton Beach; riders on any Eastern Parkway train (2, 3, 4 or 5) can also change to the Q at Atlantic Avenue-Barclays Center. Driving, Ocean Parkway or Bedford Avenue gets you south toward the store. On Wednesday, November 25, QCD Brooklyn is open 8am to 11pm, and Brooklyn menu prices include tax.

Green Wednesday 2026 Deals Are Coming
We haven’t announced our Green Wednesday deals yet. They go live on this page closer to November 25. Both stores run deals every day, so you can start saving now.
Where Eastern Parkway Meets the Holidays
Crown Heights is one of Brooklyn's most layered neighborhoods. It is a center of Caribbean life in New York, and Eastern Parkway is the route of the West Indian American Day Carnival every Labor Day. It is also home to the world headquarters of the Chabad-Lubavitch movement, along with long-established African American families and newer residents near Franklin Avenue. The Brooklyn Children's Museum, the Brooklyn Botanic Garden and the Weeksville Heritage Center, which preserves one of the country's earliest free Black communities, are all here or right at the edges. Thanksgiving week in Crown Heights might mean Caribbean bakeries on Nostrand and Utica, roti and curry on the menu, and busy grocery runs along Franklin Avenue before the long weekend.
Ordering Ahead So the Trip Is Quick
Because pickup is the main option from Crown Heights, a little preparation makes the trip short. Build your order on the Brooklyn shop page a day or two before the 25th, and look at what's on deal in Brooklyn today while Green Wednesday specials are still to be announced. Going earlier on Wednesday beats the after-work crowd heading home on the 2, 3, 4 and 5. If you are hosting adults who don't use cannabis often, low-dose choices are easier on everyone; encourage them to take it slow. Keep whatever you bring home sealed and away from children and anyone under 21. And plan the ride home by train or with someone else at the wheel if you've consumed anything.
About Crown Heights
Crown Heights spans the area roughly between Atlantic Avenue and Empire Boulevard, from Washington Avenue east toward Ralph Avenue, with Eastern Parkway running through it like a grand boulevard. Brownstones and limestone row houses fill many blocks, alongside prewar apartment buildings. Franklin, Nostrand and Utica Avenues are the main shopping streets, and the 2, 3, 4 and 5 trains run under the parkway. Read more on our Crown Heights page.
Responsible Use: Cannabis affects everyone differently. Start with a low dose and increase gradually. Must be 21+ to purchase. Quality Control Dispensary products are NYS-licensed and lab-tested.
