Between Prospect Park and Fourth Avenue, Park Slope has some of Brooklyn's best transit, which helps, because Quality Control Dispensary's Brooklyn store is down on Coney Island Avenue in Brighton Beach. On November 25, the day before Thanksgiving, the cannabis world marks Green Wednesday. QCD's Green Wednesday deals are announced in November and aren't public yet. If you're 21 or older and live in the Slope, plan on ordering ahead for pickup or visiting the store; here is how to make it easy.
Getting From the Slope to Coney Island Avenue
Park Slope's 11215 and 11217 don't appear among QCD's published Brooklyn delivery ZIPs, which makes pickup or a store visit the way to shop. Enter your address on the delivery page to double-check. The Q is the most direct ride: board at 7th Avenue on Flatbush Avenue or at Atlantic Avenue-Barclays Center and take it to Brighton Beach. From the F stops at 7th Avenue or 15th Street-Prospect Park, the F heads south to West 8th Street, where you can change to the Q for the last two stops. Drivers can take the Prospect Expressway onto Ocean Parkway. Order ahead and your pickup is waiting. Wednesday hours are 8am to 11pm, and Brooklyn menu prices are tax-included.

Green Wednesday 2026 Deals Are Coming
We haven’t announced our Green Wednesday deals yet. They go live on this page closer to November 25. Both stores run deals every day, so you can start saving now.
Thanksgiving Week by the Park
Park Slope's brownstone blocks fill up with visiting family over Thanksgiving week, and Prospect Park becomes the neighborhood's living room: people walk the Long Meadow, circle the loop or wander down toward the lake. Seventh Avenue and Fifth Avenue carry the bakeries, butchers, wine shops and cafes that handle the final holiday errands, and the Old Stone House at Washington Park recalls the Battle of Brooklyn. The Park Slope Historic District protects much of the 19th century housing, and Grand Army Plaza anchors the northern corner. It is a family-heavy neighborhood, with strollers on every block, so planning around kids and grandparents is often part of the holiday here.
Hosting With Kids Around
With children in so many Park Slope homes, storage and timing matter. Do your browsing ahead on the QCD Brooklyn online menu and check the Brooklyn deals page for current offers while Green Wednesday deals are still unannounced. Keep any cannabis in a locked container, in its original child-resistant packaging, somewhere kids and teen cousins can't get to. For adult guests 21 and over who want to partake, low-dose options make sense, and it's worth being clear about how long edibles take. Only consume in private, never in Prospect Park or out on the street. Picking up during the day on the 25th, before the evening crowds, leaves the night for cooking.
About Park Slope
Park Slope climbs from Fourth Avenue up to Prospect Park West, and runs north to south from Flatbush Avenue toward the Prospect Expressway and Windsor Terrace. Rows of brownstones and limestones make up much of the neighborhood, along with newer apartment buildings on Fourth Avenue. Fifth and Seventh Avenues are the main commercial streets, and the F, G, R, 2, 3, B and Q lines all stop in or near it. Visit our Park Slope page for more.
Responsible Use: Cannabis affects everyone differently. Start with a low dose and increase gradually. Must be 21+ to purchase. Quality Control Dispensary products are NYS-licensed and lab-tested.
