Tottenville is as far south as New York State goes, at the tip of Staten Island where the Arthur Kill meets Raritan Bay. Green Wednesday arrives on November 25, the day before Thanksgiving, and Quality Control Dispensary reaches Tottenville from the opposite end of the island, at 1172 Victory Blvd. From the end of the railway line, delivery is the obvious fit, though pickup and walk-ins work too. Green Wednesday specials get published in November. Daily deals run in the meantime.
From the End of the Line to Victory Blvd
Tottenville is the last stop on the Staten Island Railway, and Hylan Boulevard and Amboy Road both reach their southern ends here, so just about every route north starts in this neighborhood. For the store, the drive usually goes up the West Shore Expressway from near the Outerbridge Crossing to the Staten Island Expressway, then on to Victory Boulevard. The SIR runs the full length of the East Shore to St. George, which is a long ride and not near the store. That is why delivery makes the most sense for Tottenville, and the store's delivery service reaches this far south. Have ID ready showing you are 21 or older. If you are already headed north, order ahead and pick up any time between 9am and 10pm on Wednesday. Menu prices for the Staten Island store do not yet reflect tax; that is added at checkout.

Green Wednesday 2026 Deals Are Coming
We haven’t announced our Green Wednesday deals yet. They go live on this page closer to November 25. Both stores run deals every day, so you can start saving now.
Conference House, Main Street and the Waterfront
Tottenville's history runs deep. The Conference House, a stone manor dating to the late 1600s, is where Benjamin Franklin, John Adams and Edward Rutledge met British Admiral Lord Howe in September 1776 in a peace conference that failed. The surrounding Conference House Park includes Ward's Point, the southernmost spot in the state, with views across the water to Perth Amboy and the Outerbridge Crossing. In the nineteenth century the town was known for oystering and shipbuilding, and Main Street still has a small-town feel, with older frame houses and local shops. Thanksgiving week here has an end-of-the-island quiet: family coming down from the rest of the borough or over the bridge from New Jersey, and the shoreline mostly empty.
Planning From the Southern Tip
Since the store is at the other end of the island, a little foresight goes a long way. Look over the Staten Island menu by Monday, then put in a delivery order on Tuesday or Wednesday morning rather than waiting for the evening rush. For hosting, keep products sealed, labeled and stored where kids cannot get to them, and leave them out of the holiday cooking. Guests who are 21 or older and curious should start with a low dose and wait before deciding on more. A sealed item makes a fine gift for a host you know enjoys it, and a non-cannabis option is always fine for everyone else. Our Green Wednesday deals are announced in November; until then, current Staten Island deals are on the deals page.
About Tottenville
Tottenville is the southernmost neighborhood in New York State, at the tip of Staten Island where Raritan Bay meets the Arthur Kill. It is home to the Conference House, a historic stone manor from the late 1600s, and to Conference House Park with its beaches and trails. Main Street keeps a small-town character, the Tottenville SIR station ends the line, and the Outerbridge Crossing to New Jersey is in view. More on our Tottenville page.
Responsible Use: Cannabis affects everyone differently. Start with a low dose and increase gradually. Must be 21+ to purchase. Quality Control Dispensary products are NYS-licensed and lab-tested.
