Across Bed-Stuy, the days before Thanksgiving send people up and down Fulton Street and Nostrand Avenue picking up whatever the holiday table still needs. Wednesday, November 25 is also Green Wednesday, a day dispensaries mark with holiday deals. Our own deals for the day will be posted in November, so check back then. One honest note up front: QCD's Brooklyn location is 3169 Coney Island Ave, beside Brighton Beach, at the other end of the borough, so ordering ahead and making a single planned trip will serve you far better than a rushed run on the day itself.
Bed-Stuy to Brighton Beach Without the Guesswork
There is no one-seat subway ride from Bed-Stuy to the store. The most direct path is the A or C to Franklin Avenue, the Franklin Avenue Shuttle down to Prospect Park, and then the Q to Brighton Beach, which leaves you a short walk from Coney Island Ave. Drivers can follow Nostrand or Bedford Avenue most of the way south, though the Wednesday before Thanksgiving tends to clog both. Bed-Stuy addresses fall beyond the delivery ZIPs QCD lists for Brooklyn right now, so plan on pickup or an in-store visit, and use the delivery page to find out whether your particular address is covered. Doors are open 8am to 11pm on Wednesdays, and every price on the Brooklyn menu has tax built in.

Green Wednesday 2026 Deals Are Coming
We haven’t announced our Green Wednesday deals yet. They go live on this page closer to November 25. Both stores run deals every day, so you can start saving now.
Brownstone Blocks and Holiday Tables
Bed-Stuy holds one of the largest collections of Victorian rowhouses in the city, from the Stuyvesant Heights blocks around Decatur and MacDonough Streets to the streets off Herbert Von King Park. For generations it has been a cornerstone of Black Brooklyn, and its churches, block associations, and family homes carry that history forward. Thanksgiving week means a lot of cooking at home, and the Caribbean bakeries, roti shops and soul food kitchens along Fulton Street and Nostrand Avenue are part of how the neighborhood eats. Restoration Plaza on Fulton Street remains an anchor, and newer restaurants on Tompkins and Lewis Avenues sit alongside businesses that have been around for decades.
Making One Trip Count for the Long Weekend
Since the store is a two-transfer ride away, plan the order the way you plan the grocery run: once, with a list. Go through the Brooklyn menu from home, place the order for pickup, and time the trip so you are back before guests arrive. When a gathering spans generations, some adults at the table may be curious while others want nothing to do with it, so keep cannabis separate from the main event, offer low doses to anyone interested, and never mix it into shared food. For a sense of pricing before November, daily Brooklyn deals are posted now. Lock everything away from children and pets once you get home.
About Bed-Stuy
Bedford-Stuyvesant covers a large stretch of north-central Brooklyn between Flushing Avenue and Atlantic Avenue, bordered by Clinton Hill, Bushwick and Crown Heights. Its name joins two older areas, Bedford and Stuyvesant Heights. The A and C under Fulton Street and the G along its western edge are the main subway lines. Landmarks include Restoration Plaza, Herbert Von King Park, and the Stuyvesant Heights Historic District, alongside long blocks of brownstones and limestones.
Responsible Use: Cannabis affects everyone differently. Start with a low dose and increase gradually. Must be 21+ to purchase. Quality Control Dispensary products are NYS-licensed and lab-tested.
